The job

A new welfare building for an industrial site in South Yorkshire, framed in steel with cold-rolled purlins and cladding rails.

What we did

We drafted and modelled the frame and cold-rolled secondary steel, fabricated around 25 tonnes of structural steel, and supplied about 600 metres of purlins and 660 metres of cladding rails.

On site

Our team travelled up and erected the building over about three weeks with a crane, a mini crane and a MEWP, setting holding-down bolts in resin.
