Metallico is a family-run structural steel fabricator with a 17,000 sq ft workshop and yard at Roxwell Trading Park, Leyton, E10. We draft, fabricate and deliver steelwork for builders, main contractors, engineers and architects across London and the South East, and we supply homeowners for delivery or collection.
Everything is made in-house: our draftsmen prepare the drawings, the steel is cut, drilled and welded in our shop, and it goes out on our own crane lorries. That keeps the job in one place, from your engineer’s drawings to steel on site.
Our structural steelwork is UKCA marked to BS EN 1090-1 and made to EXC2 under the National Structural Steelwork Specification, and we have been ISO 9001 certified since 2010.

Steel fabrication for builders and main contractors
We work from your structural engineer’s drawings and calculations, or from a sketch with your site measurements. Before anything is cut you get a confirmation drawing to check against site, so the steel fits when it arrives.
For trade customers we can also install, with method statements and risk assessments, working alongside your team to get the steel in with minimal disruption.
Drawings and connection proposals
We prepare confirmation and fabrication drawings in-house and can offer CAD and 3D modelling as a service. Where a scheme has no standard connection details, we can propose connections for your engineer to check and approve.
